    Presentation

    Sara will speak on essential worker documentation issues involved in the I-9 documentation process to help employers avoid the potential liabilities and pitfalls of improper documentation and employment of an undocumented workforce.  She will also discuss tips to manage an immigration audit by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and utilizing E-Verify to document your workforce.

    • Member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group
    • Focuses her practice on various employment and labor matters including employment discrimination, retaliation claims, employment related tort actions, unfair labor practices, wage and hour issues, worker documentation and immigration issues
