    A POSITIVE APPROACH TO DISCIPLINE

    Mr. Pawlak will guide us through employee discipline to make the process a win/win situation.  The employee will feel the company wants him/her to succeed and the company has the opportunity to have loyal, productive employees, reduce turnover costs, and avoid possible litigation.

    Frank M. Pawlak, Esq. - Biography

    For approximately thirty years, Mr. Pawlak has been engaged in a broad-based practice through his representation of management exclusively in all aspects of labor and employment law.  He has extensive strategic and advisory legal experience in handling corporate human resources issues and in collaborating with businesses to provide counsel on how to prevent and manage workplace legal issues and avoid escalation and litigation.  He has worked extensively with clients in establishing and implementing labor-related policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with federal and state laws.  He has represented public and private sector employers in both federal and state courts covering a wide range of traditional employment issues including unlawful discrimination, wrongful discharge, and employee wage compensation.  He also has appeared before a number of administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and a number of state agencies, in connection with his representation of corporate clients.  Mr. Pawlak also has a wide range of experience in conducting instructional seminars and diversity training for management, human resources, and other employee groups, covering an array of topics including employee work performance evaluation and documentation, drug and alcohol testing in the workplace, and unlawful harassment and discrimination.

    Mr. Pawlak performed his undergraduate studies at Loyola University of Chicago and graduate studies at the University of Chicago.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
