                WORKSHOP PRESENTERS:

             Michelle Durpetti, LCSW, is the Manager of AdvantageEAP.  Michelle is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a  Master of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She has been working with employees and employers at Advantage EAP for the past 11 years. Michelle’s goal is to support healthy, productive workplace environments through consultation, training and development.  She has spent the last 20 years empowering individuals to address issues head on and establish new patterns to be successful.  Michelle provides consultation on employee issues to over 30 businesses on an ongoing basis.  She has served on the board for the Stateline SHRM Chapter for the past 3 years and speaks throughout the Chicago area on Leadership & Employee-Relations issues.
