In this briefing, The Kaleidoscope Group will address how to build a culturally competent organization that proactively engages its internal talent and builds effective relationships with its customers, partners and external stakeholders to achieve desired business results.

Who should attend: D&I Practitioners, Managers & Leaders and Human Resource Professionals

    Participants will:

    •  Understand the business link between cultural competence and organizational success

    •  Understand the characteristics of a culturally competent organization

    •  Gain clarity around the journey one must take to build a culturally competent organization

    •  Learn the benefits of having a culturally competent organization

    •  Assess their organization’s level of cultural competence

Participants will leave this session with the tools and framework to create an education road map to develop the organization’s cultural competency.
