Playing to Win: Key Concepts in Effective Strategy
Effective business strategy involves more than setting large strategic goals. Reaching goals involves aligning everyday actions within the organization to strategies that determine business success. HR Professionals play an important role in supporting these strategies - from making sure we have the right people in the right postions to helping employees adjust to organizational changes. Dr. Cantarutti draws on the recent book "Playing to Win" and her experience leading the strategy function at both the business unit level and the corporate level at Motorola to discuss key concepts for effective strategy in any level of an organization.
