• Changing from the "inside out" versus "outside in"
• Influencing the behavior of others
• Understanding Perceptions, and helping to change perceptions
• Changing corporate culture
• Conflict Styles and when to use them
• Addressing Difficult people through Constructive Confrontation

By the end of the session, the learner can be expected to:

• Identify barriers to changing behavior in self and others
• Express the difference between inside out and outside in changes at work and in self
• Discuss the A-B-C model used to influence perceptions, and 4-5 critical thinking errors that impede the process
• Identify the five conflict styles
• Utilize the leveling process for constructive confrontation
