The Illinois Fox Valley SHRM Chapter is thrilled to present a talk by Doug Conant, a Fortune 500 CEO who is a New York Times best-selling author, a Top 50 Leadership Innovator, a Top 100 Leadership Speaker, and one of the 100 Most Influential Authors in the World. Doug was a recent guest speaker on Brene Brown’s Dare to Lead podcast on Spotify.  A couple of quotes from the podcast to wet your whistle:  “Your life story is your leadership story”. Don’t walk in your bosses story or someone else’s story”.

Doug will talk about the principles and practices in the new book he co-authored with Amy Federman, The Blueprint: 6 Practical Steps to Lift Your Leadership to New Heights, as well as how to create an entourage of excellence, how to find our individual leadership stories, and how to bring those stories to life.

As a gift of appreciation to our Illinois Fox Valley SHRM members, we will be sending all registered members a free signed copy of the The Blueprint!
Guests may purchase the book at a discount rate of $20.  Books will be mailed after the presentation.
