Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Health and Wellbeing are crucial components of every human’s life. We bring our whole self into the workplace every day. We all need support in each of these areas to live and to thrive. When we are limited access, underserved, unaware, or unable to address these very necessary needs, we are left with desperate survival modes. The greater access, support, and education we can provide, the more likely we can create a lasting Wellness in the Workplace.

I take a passionate, strengths-based approach that focuses on a client’s goals and desired outcomes in treatment. It is important to me to know my clients, their values, interests, and personality to adapt to their personal needs in therapy. I have an attachment-based lens, incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other supportive styles to build connection in our work together. My desire is for clients to experience being seen, known, and valued as we collaborate together in the process of healing and growing.

I enjoy supporting others with mental health and am incredibly passionate about helping others to grow. I strongly value personable interactions with others and consider it a privilege to be able to work in a profession that allows a unique insight into the struggles and strengths of humans.
