Total Rewards Checkup – What legacy practices no longer work?

Many organizations have had to make short-term stop-gap decisions on pay and/or benefits to adapt to these turbulent times. This session is an opportunity to step back and review your organization’s current total rewards programs to ensure that costs align with employee and organizational goals. Our session facilitators will explore emerging market trends, practices and methods to help you decide what changes are needed for 2023.

We are looking forward to this being a robust interactive session.
