2010 Programs
Thursday, March 18, 2010 - 11:15 to 1:00 “The Language of Motivation”
While the subject of motivation includes many areas (tips for best practices, Maslow’s hierarchy and intrinsic motivators, the concept of flow and how to create flow in the workplace) this one hour workshop will focus on the power of language to motivate. We will explore:
· Language that helps us keep our employees accountable in the workplace and
· Language that helps our teams stay optimistic and resilient.
By exploring the words that we use with our teams, and the explanations they give us--we can understand workplace dynamics and create a more robust and productive team.
