- CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER, Northern Illinois Food Bank, Geneva, IL
- The Chief People Officer is responsible for developing and executing Northern Illinois Food Bank's People strategy in support of our ongoing and Strategic plans, in the areas of safety, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), talent management, training and compensation, and organizational culture. As a member of the Food Bank's Executive Team, this person will directly support our mission work of providing nutritious groceries and meals for families in need and will help make sure every person in Northern Illinois has the food they need to thrive. The key areas of focus I would like this person to positively influence are: strengthening the Food Bank's culture, improving and updating our Human Resource policies and procedures, build a robust recruiting function, and provide vision and accountability for our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
