    This session will provide information about the organizational structure of OSHA, inspection priorities, employers and employees’ rights and responsibilities, inspection procedures, and citation and penalty determination.  We will also review the most common citations and describe how to comply.  Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions. Ms. Webb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies from Purdue University in Indiana and is a board certified Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). 

    Ms. Webb began her career with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in 1987 as an intern while attending Purdue University.  During her 25 years with OSHA she has worked as the Construction Team Leader in the Calumet City Area Office and is currently the Area Director for the Aurora Area Office.
