    Creating an Inclusion and Diversity (I/D) Strategy for Your Organization   

     

    Most organizations today are trying to find additional ways to increase profits. Never realizing a strategically focused inclusion and diversity strategy can help ‘create’ the way.     Toni L. Coleman Carter is the energetic Culture, Inclusion and Diversity (CID) SME for Motorola Solutions, in Schaumburg, IL. She partners as a consultant to create, develop and manage the CID initiatives, while increasing inclusion awareness and providing governance for the business councils. She has worked in corporate America for 20 years and is the former deputy Mayor for the Village of Hanover Park.  

     Carter earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management Degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and is a Certified Diversity Practitioner.
