In working with very successful CEOs and companies in the past 30 years, our firm began to recognize that the successful companies all performed a similar pattern for achieving success, so we began analyzing and documenting these successful practices to help other CEOs.  We call these the Axioms of Success.

During this session we will discuss certain Axioms of Success which should allow every attendee to begin to analyze if their own company can be more successful in transforming their management teams by implementing these Axioms.

    • Today’s Success Environment – tough to be successful.
    • Having a Great 2nd Team is Key!
      • Succession management breeds the best teams.
    • Transforming not Restructuring.
      • Don’t forget digital.
    • Strategic Versus Operational management.
      • Importance of the 4 Quadrants in a Company’s Life Cycle.
    • Successful companies grow Leadership Managers, not Leaders.
      • It’s Accountability…’s always Accountability.
    • Managing with Metrics.  Every CEO does it!
      • Tracking the data.
