    The goal for this session is to provide a range of resources to recognize and overcome workplace bias through an open conversation and opportunities for self-reflection of personal bias.

    Delight is an award winning, passionate people developer with a background in Human Resources and Counseling. She is an experienced HR professional specializing in people development, global human resources, leadership, coaching, program management, engagement, project management, org design, strategic talent management, change management, and inclusion and diversity. She has worked extensively in the aerospace industry. Prior to joining SHRM, Delight lead development for the HR function at the Boeing Company and prior to that, held strategic business partner roles supporting senior leaders across various functions and business in Boeing. Delight holds a Master in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, a Master in Social Work (MSW) degree also from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Virginia Union University.
