Organizations across the country are struggling to keep employees and attract new staff in a tight labor market. Having weathered the storm, returning to normal has brought on some unique staffing issues. While faced with a shortage of workers, many organizations have had to be creative in their recruiting efforts.

Join this panel of your colleagues to discuss the challenges of hiring and retaining workers post pandemic in the local labor market. They will share what hurdles they are facing and the best practices they employed to overcome them. In this session we will encourage the audience to share their ideas and concerns as well.
