You know the basics of performance management program (PMP) but what if you want and NEED to take it to the next level to make your program more effective and get a better return on your investment. Even smaller organizations can implement a PMP with limited resources that gets results.
In this session we will discuss industry best practices in terms of process, feedback, instruments, metrics, compliance and training. As part of the program, there will be an eight-minute breakout session to share and learn from your peers which we will summarize for the whole group before the wrap up.
One question we will tackle is whether or not to eliminate the annual performance review process entirely! So if this is a topic of interest, come join a 30 year HR veteran facilitate some healthy discussion and share some examples and ideas you can implement in your workplace!

Get to know the speaker: Donna Rogers Skowronski, M.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, IMPA-CP
Founder and CEO of Rogers HR Consulting. She has a master’s in human resources development, a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and two associate degrees in Information Management and Pre-Business Administration. She has maintained senior HR certification since 2001. She regularly delivers numerous presentations among professionals locally, nationally, and internationally.
Rogers regularly delivers numerous presentations among professionals at meetings, seminars, and conferences internationally and has guest lectured at several universities. She has humbly volunteered on the SHRM Student Chapter Advisory committee, SHRM Membership Advisory Committee (MAC) Representative, ILSHRM as Past Director, CIC-SHRM as Past President. Finally, she proudly served our great country in the military for 8 years retiring as a Ground Safety Inspector for the Illinois Air National Guard.
