Yes And! Positively Approaching Human Resources

In this highly interactive workshop, we explore the ideas and philosophies of improv and learn how to apply these skills at work to enhance communication skills, build relationships and create a more positive workforce.  Together we participate in a series of exercises to emphasize listening, express vulnerability and empathy, and further develop other essential leadership skills in the human resources profession.

Everyone will have the opportunity to practice new leadership skills in real time and gain immediate feedback.  The atmosphere is extremely positive and supportive, and time is allowed for participants to analyze how to integrate key themes into their workplace.

Topics to be explored in this workshop include:

    • Active listening
    • Accepting different voices and ideas
    • Presenting and engaging as your best most authentic self
    • Expressing empathy

Participants will leave with additional resources for further development.
