Jackie Cook is a parental leave consultant dedicated to helping organizations create a more seamless and supportive experience for new parents. With 15 years of experience leading complex projects and teams in Healthcare IT, she understands the challenges of balancing business operations with employee needs.

As the founder of Popins, Jackie helps businesses build more supportive environments for expecting and new parents, improving communication, streamlining processes, and enhancing retention strategies. Her passion for parental support stems from firsthand experience. While working in the Netherlands during her first pregnancy, she saw the impact of structured postpartum care—where every mother receives in-home support to ease the transition. Later, after having her second child in Wisconsin, she experienced the stark contrast and the struggles many working parents face.
