    The population of the United States and its workforce will become substantially more LatinX in the coming decades. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that LatinX represented 17.4% of the population in 2014 and that the LatinX demographic will make a huge jump to 28.6% by 2060. According to another metric in an SHRM publication, the U.S. Labor Bureau predicts that one in every two workers entering the workforce in 2025 will be Hispanic.
