Biography: Peter Chung
Peter joined CareerBuilder in 2013 as a Major Account Executive. Over the past 3 years, he has helped some the largest staffing and recruiting firms in the country best utilize their CareerBuilder resources. He prides himself in providing the best training and insights possible to his clients, in order to improve his client’s recruiting process, identify labor market trends, and grow their overall business. Traveling almost every week visiting clients, he has personally experienced the biggest issues his clients face in various industries and throughout the recruitment funnel. This experience has allowed him to provide best in class service and form true partnerships with his clients.
Previous to working at CareerBuilder, he spent almost a decade in the Market Research industry working with Fortune 1000 companies utilizing data in strategies around consumer research, marketing initiatives, and new product development. During this time, he has helped organizations like Cargill, Del Monte Foods, McDonald’s, Dreyer’s Ice Cream, Walmart, and the FDA.
Peter graduated from the University of IL with a degree in Communications and resides in Naperville with his wife, Melissa, 7 year old son Brady & 3 year old Daughter Ella. When he is not helping his clients grow their business, he is coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams, wading in Illinois’ rivers chasing smallmouth, and when the wife allows, getting in 18 holes of golf.
