Strategic Planning
Each year we conduct a strategic planning session to insure we are meeting the needs of our membership. We have surveyed the membership and asked members to select their priorities in many board initiatives. This strategic planning meeting will focus on developing action items to best meet the priorities of our members.
Current and newly elected Officers and Directors are required to attend to begin the transition period and assist in planning the upcoming year. All members are encouraged to attend and offer suggestions for improving the chapter.
The Strategic Planning Session will be held on October 20th from 8 – noon at the Max McGraw Game Farm in Elgin – Trout Room. The cost is $20 and includes breakfast. This event is limited to the membership.
We hope all members will show their support for our organization by attending and contributing to our strategic plan.
