Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle of recruiting including updating job descriptions, developing, and executing appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting basic phone screens and reference checks.
- Manage and update recruitment database, and post and manage open positions.
- Work closely with HR Team and internal business customers to manage recruiting strategy with a focus on supporting business needs.
- Build strong relationships and proactively report hiring activity through communication and meetings.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for identified positions, including attending job fairs, schools, college services as identified including identifying user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates
- Updates candidate records and job postings in ATS system
- Assist the Human Resources Team on a variety of HR projects, employee engagement programs, learning and development coordination, and general HR support.
- Take the lead on the updating job descriptions and assist HR Manager in establishing a defined compensation program
- Assist HR Manager with Learning & Development Plan, research training programs and write proposal.
- Other duties as assigned
