The seminar will consist of a power point presentation that describes the investigation process. The investigator will discuss in great detail why an employer is investigated, records that need to be kept and presented to the Department of Labor, and give examples of questions asked of employees during the interviews. The investigator will discuss the fact-finding process and give an estimate of how long an investigation lasts.
