WHAT IS AI?
In traditional models, there are analytics from classical science, and the emphasis is on creating goals for changing behavior. Often, the planning process is top down. A SWOT analysis is done, so half of the planning involves a focus on weaknesses and threats. This traditional process attempts to fix what is broken like a medical doctor. Causes are analyzed, solutions are funneled down into the few best ideas, and actions are planned.

With the #metoo movement and changes to the Illinois Human Rights Act, employers with Illinois employees (and employees who do work in Illinois) have a lot to think about. The new training requirements under the IHRA still must be completed by December 31, 2020, despite COVID-19.
