    With the #metoo movement and changes to the Illinois Human Rights Act, employers with Illinois employees (and employees who do work in Illinois) have a lot to think about.  The new training requirements under the IHRA still must be completed by December 31, 2020, despite COVID-19.  All of it is intended to make clear that all employees are entitled to a professional and safe workplace that is free from hostile and toxic elements, including unwelcome sexual comments, conduct and harassment.
